Check-in:  After 10:00 If the guest who needs to arrive after 19.00 , will notify the residence by telephone at least one day prior to arrival date , in order to try to meet the request
Check-out: until 11:00

Cancellation Policy/Advance Payment:

The cancellation Policy and advance rules:
- Free cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date
- One night charge for cancellation less than two days before. The credit card will only be charged at the hotel.
- For non-reimbursable rates, the entire amount will be charged in case of cancellation, date change, or no show.

Children and extra beds
Free charge for children younger than 4 years old

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed and stay for free.
